  As I may have mentioned before, a restaurant with a great name can usually, at the very least, get me in the door. Places like "Sub-zero", "Craft Sew and Sew" and now "Indigo" have names that show a degree of dedication to the business model and a great attitude towards the job. And they're fun, clever little things that make people turn their head sideways for 10 seconds before going "oooHHHH! Now I get it!", and that's always fun.
  
  And Indigo isn't just a one-trick pony. Thankfully, they've decided that it's not enough to have a great name; you've got to have great food to go along with it, and they approach the preparation of their food with the same care and creative flair that they approached their name. All their dishes are interesting twists on the standards; recognisable, but different enough to be called unique.
  
  You pay a little bit more at this place, but to be honest, it's worth it at least once. You may find it's a little too flashy for your tastes, but at least you've tried one of the more unique takeaways our city has to offer.

  Indigo has a great tag line that just rolls off the tongue when you say it accompanied by the name. Indigo, Indian food to go... it's well considered and highly indicative of the care that has been taken in creating this very successful business. They are not the cheapest take away in town, but they are definitely one of the better ones.
  
  The food is exceptional, and is prepared really creatively, with a lot of flair. It's possible to buy a whole host of dishes from here that have been embellished by a unique idea or two, making the food very different, but still recognisable. In my experience only the freshest ingredients are used a s well, this makes a huge difference. The spicing of the food is subtle but clearly achieved with fresh herbs and spices wherever possible.
  
  Quite unsurprisingly Indigo cater for parties and corporate events also.

  "Order No. (79713342) has been accepted by the restaurant for delivery by: 05-05-2014 21:00:00"
  
  I called after 21:30 to be told the order was sent 25 mins ago.
  
  I called at 21:40 to be told that they have no record of my order.
  
  Avoid like the plague, though since they wont deliver there is little chance of catching the plague so you're save on that front.
  
  I now plan on spending the time it takes for food to cook spreading the word.
